About the role

We are looking for a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our family‑owned practice in Tauranga Central. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments and manage the daily diary.
• Greet patients, complete registration paperwork and verify insurance details.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with dental clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
