Dental Assistant / Receptionist / Sterilisation Assistant (Casual)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage appointments and handle administrative tasks such as payments and record keeping.
• Assist dentists during a range of treatments, preparing instruments and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
• Follow strict infection‑control and sterilisation procedures, cleaning and sterilising dental tools and kits.
• Manage stock, equipment preparation and ensure efficient instrument flow.

Required profile

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong team spirit.
• Attention to detail, reliability and ability to put patients at ease.
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service or sterilisation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and quick learning of practice systems.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude.
