Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join our New Zealand team at Anker Innovations. The role is hands‑on and commercially connected, working closely with sales, retail channels, product launches and supply‑chain execution to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasts across key product categories and channels.
• Track sell‑in, sell‑out, stock on hand and inventory movement.
• Support new product launch planning, including launch forecasts and initial stock requirements.
• Work with sales and channel teams on promotional forecasts and stock readiness.
• Monitor inventory risks such as overstock, slow‑moving stock, end‑of‑life products and potential shortages.
• Improve visibility of stock flow, allocation, inbound supply and replenishment requirements.
• Prepare planning reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with internal teams, distributors and retail stakeholders to resolve supply and inventory issues.
• Continuously improve planning tools, reporting processes and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment or a related role.
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, distribution or a fast‑moving product environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks early.
• Confidence working across sales, supply chain, operations and external partners.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and drive to improve processes.
• Ability to stay calm and structured in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capability, including building, maintaining and improving planning tools and reports.
