Delivery Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in Whangamata. You will be responsible for safely delivering LPG gas cylinders to residential and commercial customers across the region while providing excellent face‑to‑face service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver LPG cylinders to homes and businesses Monday‑Friday (06:30‑17:00) and occasional Saturdays.
• Interact with customers, answer queries and ensure a positive experience.
• Load, transport and unload heavy cylinders, adhering to all safety and hazardous‑goods regulations.
• Use a handheld computer to record deliveries and manage route information.
• Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with at least two years of experience.
• Ability to operate a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a Dangerous Goods licence and LPG filling training.
• Strong focus on health and safety and ability to pass background, medical and drug screening checks.
