Delivery Agent – Part‑time (Pukekohe)

About the role

Join NZ Post as a Delivery Agent in Pukekohe, working part‑time to deliver mail and parcels to customers across the community. You will be the friendly face of the postal service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while representing the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and process mail from the Pukekohe Operations Centre.
• Deliver mail and parcels on an assigned route using a Paxter vehicle.
• Maintain health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve addressing issues.
• Work independently while adhering to shift schedules (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat 07:00‑16:25).

Required profile

• Availability to work the specified shift hours.
• Reliable personal transport and a clean restricted NZ driver’s licence.
• Physically fit to work outdoors for the duration of the shift.
• Strong numeracy and literacy to handle addressing information.
• Commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and a passion for getting the job done.
