We are looking for a remote Data Annotator to evaluate AI‑generated text outputs. You will work on a flexible schedule, providing detailed, evidence‑based feedback that helps improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate model‑generated responses using structured evaluation guidelines.
• Provide clear, evidence‑based written feedback and rationales.
• Identify nuance, reasoning gaps, and implicit meaning in written outputs.
• Apply consistent judgment across tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Work independently while adhering to project instructions and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in analytical reading and written evaluation.
• Proven ability to write precise, well‑supported feedback.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Native‑level English fluency.
• Capability to complete work without writing assistance tools.
