Data and Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Data and Reporting Analyst provides stakeholders with trusted business information and analytics that support and enhance organisational performance. The role designs and delivers high‑quality reports and dashboards that are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with business needs, while contributing to the continuous improvement of data and reporting best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI and SSRS.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights and ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and fit‑for‑purpose.
• Provide analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality, identifying and resolving data issues, discrepancies, and gaps.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting.
• Support governance and best practices for data management.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs, act as a subject‑matter expert, and communicate insights in a clear, non‑technical manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
