Data & Analytics Lead

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Data & Analytics Lead to drive reporting, dashboarding, predictive insights and AI‑enabled analysis across our business. Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, you will partner with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Merchandise, Property, Finance and IT to turn strategic priorities into actionable analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day analytics delivery, reporting, dashboard creation and model development.
• Translate business priorities into clear KPIs, success measures and analytics outcomes.
• Use predictive analytics, automation and AI to surface trends, opportunities and risks.
• Provide practical insights to support commercial, supply‑chain, retail‑operations and finance decisions.
• Support and improve the cloud data environment, data feeds, systems and analytical datasets.
• Deliver analytics support for projects, change initiatives and transformation activities.
• Lead, coach and develop a small data and analytics team.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in data, analytics or insights roles.
• Proven experience leading or coaching a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Effective planning, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
