Data Analyst – Asset Management (Fixed‑term)

About the role
Our public‑sector client is seeking a Data Analyst to support the rollout of a critical Asset Management system that underpins the health of national infrastructure. This fixed‑term contract runs until September 30 2026 with a possible extension to December 2026, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on essential services.
Key responsibilities
- Extract and analyse data from ServiceNow modules to meet operational and strategic needs.
- Monitor, improve and document data quality and integrity across asset information systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical reports and visualisations.
- Document data models, analytical processes and data‑governance practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks is desirable.
Required skills
- Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
- Microsoft Excel.
- ServiceNow.
- Power Query.
