Cybersecurity Specialist (Remote, $70-$90/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to work remotely on a short‑term contract, analyzing content for security vulnerabilities and supporting advanced threat research.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and review content for security vulnerabilities and threat patterns.
• Craft, solve, and review complex cybersecurity problems with real‑world applicability.
• Support improvement of model reasoning around security threats and attack vectors.
• Work asynchronously with a team of domain experts in systems programming and cybersecurity.
• Contribute to classification and evaluation workflows related to security research.

Required profile

• Strong experience in low‑level programming languages such as C, C++ or Java.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, web security and common attack vectors.
• Familiarity with vulnerability classification frameworks such as OWASP or CVEs.
• Excellent attention to detail and pattern‑recognition abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
