Cyber Security Analyst – SOC

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our high‑performing Security Operations Centre. You will protect a complex enterprise environment spanning cloud, corporate IT and operational technology by investigating incidents, managing vulnerabilities and enhancing security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to cyber security incidents.
• Monitor, configure and optimise security platforms such as SIEM, firewalls and endpoint solutions.
• Identify, assess and remediate vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Support security governance, risk assessments and change management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and security partners to implement best practices.
• Evaluate new security technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Develop security automation, documentation and operational procedures.
• Produce reports and recommendations to improve security resilience.

Required profile

• Experience working in a Security Operations Centre or cyber security engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to incident response and continuous improvement.

• Scripting in Python, PowerShell or Go
• Familiarity with Check Point, Akamai or Rapid7 (optional)
• Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security (optional)
• Security automation and vulnerability management
