Customer Success Manager (Part‑time, APAC)

About the role
Storyteq is looking for a part‑time Customer Success Manager to join its APAC team in Auckland. You will be the trusted advisor for Martech clients, ensuring they receive real value from the Storyteq platform and continue to grow with us.
Key responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day relationships across a portfolio of key Martech clients.
- Monitor client health, identify risks and drive consistent platform value.
- Lead onboarding, training and adoption initiatives for new and existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for queries, support requests and escalations.
- Support upsell conversations by uncovering expansion opportunities.
- Guide clients through system enhancements, new features and workflow changes.
- Collaborate with the APAC team and global colleagues on delivery, feedback and reporting.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in HubSpot and contribute to client health reporting.
Required profile
- Background in SaaS, Martech or a technical client‑facing role.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management or client services within a tech environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a small, collaborative team.
Required skills
- HubSpot (CRM and client interaction tracking).
