Customer Success Manager – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Storyteq is seeking a part‑time Customer Success Manager to join its APAC team in Auckland. You will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Martech clients, ensuring they realise the full value of the Storyteq platform and enjoy a smooth, on‑brand content production experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships with key clients, monitoring health and mitigating risks.
• Lead onboarding, training and adoption activities to set clients up for success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries, support requests and escalations.
• Identify upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and promoting expanded platform usage.
• Guide clients through system enhancements, new features and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with the APAC team and global colleagues on delivery, feedback and reporting.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in HubSpot and contribute to client health reporting.

Required profile

• Background in SaaS, Martech or a technical client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management or client services within a tech environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on building trust.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, collaborative team.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM and client interaction tracking).
