Customer Success Manager

About the role

ReadyTech is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post‑go‑live relationships and drive portfolio retention, satisfaction and growth. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption and strategic reviews while ensuring they achieve value from our mission‑critical software.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the customer relationship after implementation, managing onboarding, adoption, strategic reviews and maturity checkpoints.
• Identify churn risks early, lead mitigation actions and escalate when necessary.
• Execute engagement strategies aligned with ReadyTech’s lifecycle and segmentation playbooks.
• Monitor account health, usage data and sentiment to surface risks and opportunities.
• Record all engagement and health metrics accurately in Salesforce.
• Partner with Product, Support and Professional Services to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Support advocacy initiatives by identifying references, testimonials or case studies.
