About the role

As a Customer Specialist at the Hokitika Advice Centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking everyday banking services. You will help them navigate both traditional and digital channels, ensuring they receive a seamless and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments and account enquiries.
• Promote and guide customers in using digital and self‑service banking tools.
• Handle inquiries across multiple channels including face‑to‑face, phone and online chat.
• Maintain branch operations and support the team in daily tasks.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with members of the Hokitika community.
