Customer Services & Operations Agent – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Services & Operations Agent to join our team at Apex Car Rentals in Queenstown. You will work across both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions, delivering exceptional service to renters while supporting daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain rental products, process bookings and contracts at the counter.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, perform basic maintenance checks and ensure cars are clean and ready for the next rental.
• Drive, park and relocate vehicles as required, including washing interiors and exteriors.
• Maintain accurate records in the rental management system and follow company procedures.
• Work a rotating roster covering early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Valid full‑clean Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to provide high‑quality service while handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and use new computer systems (training provided).
• Commitment to follow company guidelines and safety standards.
