About the role
This part‑time position is based at The Warehouse store in Whitianga. You will work at the in‑store customer services checkout, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product advice.
- Process returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy.
- Supervise the checkout area to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Maintain a tidy and organised service desk.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer‑facing role.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
