About the role

Join Contact Energy’s Tauranga hub as a Customer Service Representative, helping customers navigate everyday and unexpected moments. You will receive full training and start on Monday 7 September, working in a dynamic call‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information about Contact Energy products and services.
  • Resolve issues, complaints and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career in customer care.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude towards problem solving.
