Customer Service Representative – Start July 14, 2026

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Wellington team. You will act as the voice of Rockgas, assisting New Zealand customers with inquiries about their services through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Create new accounts and process service orders.
• Collect payments and manage billing queries.
• Respond to emergencies and handle service disconnections.
• Maintain accurate records while navigating multiple computer screens.
• Meet performance KPIs and deliver high‑quality customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent listening and empathy skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work on a rotating roster.
• Clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer proficiency with ability to work on several screens simultaneously.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
