Customer Service Representative – Silverdale

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Silverdale store. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them with payments, product queries and after‑sales support while delivering the high‑standard service Noel Leeming is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment questions, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Provide information on service repairs, sales inquiries and product specifications.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing and phone follow‑ups.
• Support the team in maintaining a tidy, safe and welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Clear, friendly phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and genuine interest in technology.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Required skills

• Experience with point of sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency in using computer applications for administrative tasks.
