Customer Service Representative – Retail

About the role

Join Noel Leeming’s Silverdale store as a Customer Service Representative, providing friendly, knowledgeable support to shoppers. You will work on the shop floor and at the service desk, helping customers with payments, product queries, and after‑sales issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment options, hire purchases and credit applications.
• Answer service‑repair and sales inquiries, guiding shoppers to the right solutions.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and follow up on open issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and updating records.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Clear, friendly phone manner and solid written and verbal communication.
• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
