Customer Service Representative – Retail Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Manukau store, helping customers with payments, product enquiries and after‑sales support. You will be the front‑line contact for shoppers, ensuring they leave with the right solution and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment queries, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Provide information on service repairs and sales enquiries.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.
• Support a range of administrative tasks, including phone follow‑ups.
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and a genuine interest in technology.
• Team‑player who takes pride in delivering memorable customer experiences.
