Customer Service Representative – Kerikeri & Kaikohe

About the role

This permanent part‑time position supports Westpac’s Kerikeri and Kaikohe branches, requiring travel between the two sites. As the first point of contact, you will help customers navigate everyday banking challenges and create positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with online banking access, card disputes and regulatory queries.
• Guide customers to appropriate digital tools and resources.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication while maintaining compliance standards.
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver consistent service across locations.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service or administration with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to stay calm, composed and solutions‑focused under pressure.
• Willingness to learn about financial services, compliance and regulated environments.
• Growth mindset and desire to build a long‑term career in banking.
