Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Sorted Logistics’ international freight forwarding team in Auckland. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping to coordinate shipments and manage import‑export processes while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Provide timely and accurate customer support for shipment inquiries.
• Handle import and export documentation and liaise with customs authorities.
• Maintain records of shipment status and update customers on progress.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work within regular business hours in an on‑site environment.
• Interest in logistics and international freight forwarding.
