Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our electricity, gas and broadband services. You will help them resolve billing questions, move‑in or move‑out issues, credit concerns and more complex situations, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and, over time, support customers via digital channels.
• Provide clear, helpful information on products, plans and digital tools.
• Use empathy and strong questioning to understand customer needs and guide conversations to the right outcome.
• Stay calm and solutions‑focused during challenging or emotional interactions.
• Navigate multiple internal systems while balancing accuracy, speed and customer care.
• Continuously learn as products, tools and processes evolve.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure and make complex information easy to understand.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
