Customer Service Representative

About the role

AMLHUB is a fast‑growing cloud‑based AML compliance platform looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for its expanding client base. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will handle inbound communications, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth experience for users of the SaaS solution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and manage inbox queries promptly and professionally.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process from initial contact to successful setup.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex or technical matters to the appropriate internal team.
• Monitor and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Compliance, and Product teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years minimum in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, professional, and solutions‑focused under pressure.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM and support ticketing systems.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, financial services, or compliance is a plus.
