Customer Service Representative – Fixed-term

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Silverdale store on a fixed‑term basis until August 2027. You will work on the shop floor, assisting customers with purchases, payments and service enquiries while delivering the high‑standard experience Noel Leeming is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment queries, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Provide support for service repairs and sales enquiries.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and paperwork.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment, including occasional heavy lifting and ladder use.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and genuine interest in technology.
• Team‑player who takes pride in delivering memorable customer experiences.

Required skills

• Experience using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
