Customer Service Representative (Fixed-term)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Paraparaumu store on a fixed‑term basis until 20 September 2026. You will work weekends, assisting customers at the counter, handling payment queries, hire‑purchase and credit applications, and supporting service repairs and sales enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment questions, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Provide information and support for service repairs and product sales.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and paperwork.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers when required.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and genuine interest in technology.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
