Customer Service Representative (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join Noel Leeming’s Lunn Avenue store as a Customer Service Representative on a fixed‑term basis until June 2027. You will be the front‑line contact for shoppers, helping them with payments, product queries and after‑sales support while delivering the brand’s high‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment queries, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Provide information and support for service repairs and sales enquiries.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, both in‑store and over the phone.
• Perform administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and updating records.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and service appointments.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and a genuine interest in technology.
• Team‑player who takes pride in delivering a memorable customer experience.

Required skills

• Experience using a point of sale (POS) system.
