About the role
Join Oak Furniture Store NZ & AU as a Customer Service Representative based in Auckland. You will be the first point of contact for online shoppers, handling orders, inquiries, and after‑sales support while contributing to a premium hardwood furniture brand.
Key responsibilities
- Process online orders, manage inquiries, and recover abandoned carts.
- Provide after‑sales assistance, resolve logistics issues, and handle product claims.
- Engage customers in the showroom, support visual merchandising, and coordinate stock.
