Customer Service & Reception Agent (Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable HIC Agent to provide front‑of‑house support and handle parcel enquiries. The role combines customer service with reception duties, ensuring a professional environment for visitors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support as a HIC Agent from Tuesday to Friday.
• Assist with enquiries related to parcels and logistics services.
• Support reception duties during weekdays and act as the primary point of contact on Saturdays.
• Handle parcels safely, including lifting and moving items.
• Perform general administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain a welcoming front‑of‑house environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in logistics or transport.
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting parcels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
