Customer Service Officer

About the role

As a Customer Service Officer you will deliver outstanding service to domestic and commercial clients, handling inquiries, managing accounts and supporting business objectives. You will work locally with a full‑time schedule and contribute to a safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails and other inquiries, resolving complaints with a customer‑first approach.
• Assist with billing, account queries and process payments and orders while maintaining accurate customer data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for installations and customer holdings.
• Maintain daily reports and records in line with company systems.
• Support customer retention and acquisition by promoting company offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with proactive complaint management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in account and record handling.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in utilities or energy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with customer management systems is a plus.
