Customer Service Excellence Representative

About the role

Join Lion’s Service Excellence Team and be the front‑line contact for customers of iconic brands such as Steinlager, Speight’s, Wither Hills and Hyoketsu. This permanent full‑time position is based in Auckland and offers two shift options to suit business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service interactions across phone, email and marketplace platforms.
• Provide solutions aiming for first‑call resolution and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and transactions.
• Continuously seek improvements to service standards and processes.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer and consumer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to make customers feel heard.
• Problem‑solving abilities and creativity in handling concerns.
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using multi‑channel communication tools (phone, email, online marketplace platforms).
