Customer Service Consultant – Milford Sound

About the role

Join the RealNZ team at Milford Sound as the first smiling face our guests encounter. You will manage check‑in, sell Milford Sound Experience products and excursions, and ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable day.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, process check‑ins and sell tickets for cruises and other experiences.
• Organise daily vessel manifests and ensure all departure documentation is correct.
• Book fixed‑wing and helicopter flights to Queenstown on a daily basis.
• Assist guests with enquiries, retail sales, and upsell additional experiences.
• Collaborate closely with vessel Team Leaders to coordinate schedules and documentation.

Required profile

• Proactive communicator who anticipates guest needs and maximises sales opportunities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, genuine sales champion with a passion for tourism.
• Couples are encouraged to apply together.
• Bonus: fluency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean.
