About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants to join our award‑winning Contact Centre team in Auckland. In this permanent, full‑time position you will support the health and wellbeing of our members across multiple channels, delivering the “We’re with you” brand promise.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, empathetic service with end‑to‑end follow‑through on member enquiries.
- Manage enquiries efficiently to ensure high‑quality outcomes and productivity.
- Deliver customer experiences aligned with our brand promise, demonstrating care and sensitivity.
- Offer appropriate options to support the best possible member outcomes.

- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required skills
