Customer Service Consultant – Airport Operations

About the role

Join the New Zealand AA team at Christchurch Airport as a Customer Service Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, delivering friendly and professional service while handling vehicle‑related transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and process vehicle and driver transactions.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant AA products and services.
• Handle enquiries, resolve problems and maintain accurate records.
• Support team targets and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Promote safe work practices and keep the workplace tidy and efficient.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or sales experience (motor‑industry experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and well‑organised.
• Friendly, professional and confident communicator.
• Intermediate computer and keyboard skills.
• Minimum NCEA Level 1 (or equivalent).
• Team player who enjoys helping others.

Required skills

• Computer operation (intermediate level).
