About the role
This permanent, full‑time position links Mars New Zealand with its key retail partner, Woolworths NZ, to ensure product availability and consumer satisfaction. You will act as the voice of the customer within Mars’ supply chain, quality, and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the VMI process for Mars products at Woolworths NZ, including daily ordering and stock management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with head‑office supply‑chain contacts, conducting regular KPI reviews.
- Monitor inventory replenishment systems to maintain adequate supply across Woolworths distribution centres nationwide.
- Utilise internal systems and programs to improve process efficiency and track KPIs.
- Process customer claims promptly and accurately.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer service or sales environment, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and solve problems.
- Own transport and willingness to travel to customer sites.
