Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Auckland CBD team. In this full‑time position you will make outbound calls to locate customers with overdue accounts, rebuild contact and negotiate repayment solutions that suit their circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts on behalf of leading New Zealand financial institutions.
• Make and receive a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
• Use databases and search tools to locate customers and re‑establish contact.
• Build trust and negotiate sustainable repayment plans.
• Handle objections and ensure positive outcomes for both customers and clients.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistence and resilience in challenging conversations.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and grow within the role.
• Ability to work from home (must have suitable home‑office setup).
