Customer Relationship Manager and Trainer

About the role

This hybrid position combines customer relationship management with franchise training across the Wellington region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will act as the vital link between clients, franchisees, and head office, ensuring contracts meet client expectations while delivering high‑quality training.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding quickly to their needs.
• Identify sales leads during client interactions and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.
• Support franchisees by understanding the franchise model, motivating performance, and delivering comprehensive training.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee training sessions, including shadowing and refresher courses.
• Serve as liaison between clients and franchisees, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regular quality audits of cleaning and facilities services, addressing deficiencies and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Background in service delivery such as cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or trades.
• Experience training, coaching or inducting staff, preferably in a franchise or multi‑site environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time‑management capabilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with genuine care for training outcomes and service quality.
