Customer Projects Support – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Projects Support professional to join Belron’s team in Mount Wellington, Auckland. In this hybrid role you will help drive exceptional customer outcomes by coordinating project activities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor customer‑focused projects from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and status reports.
• Facilitate communication between customers, service teams and other departments.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Support the preparation of project proposals and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Customer‑service mindset with attention to detail.
