Customer Experience Team Member – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and active Customer Experience Team Member to join our store in Tauranga. The role involves welcoming shoppers, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and safe shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service and respond to customer enquiries.
• Guide customers around the store, provide directions and carry‑out assistance.
• Collect, return and organise shopping trolleys, keeping trolley bays and car‑park tidy.
• Monitor trolley demand and replenish during busy periods.
• Support daily store operations, including restocking, cleaning and assisting other departments.
• Follow health and safety procedures, especially in outdoor and vehicle traffic areas.

Required profile
