Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Bushbuck is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join its Christchurch showroom. In this full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for customers across phone, email and in‑person interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face‑to‑face in the showroom.
• Guide and educate customers to help them select the right products for their outdoor activities.
• Resolve order issues, process returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Support showroom operations, including stock management, merchandising and point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, stocktakes and regular stock audits.
• Participate in Bushbuck events and activations such as field days and shows.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems and the overall customer experience.
