About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Crew members to deliver extraordinary service at Z Energy service stations in Auckland. This full‑time, on‑site role involves interacting with customers, handling transactions and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the fuel station.
- Process fuel and retail sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the station.
- Promote Z Energy products and loyalty programmes.
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Reliability and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
