Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join the Used Vehicle team at Rotorua Toyota. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide customers through the entire vehicle buying journey, from the first enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting used vehicles that match their lifestyle and budget.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of incoming stock and product specifications.
• Follow up on enquiries, generate new sales opportunities and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the wider dealership team to deliver outstanding service.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and confident communicator.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working towards goals and delivering great customer outcomes.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and NZ residency.
