About the role

Join NZ Post’s Customer Care Centre and be the friendly voice that connects families, friends, and businesses across New Zealand. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling enquiries via phone, email and social media while delivering a warm, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer queries across phone, email and social media channels.
• Resolve customer issues end‑to‑end, navigating multiple internal systems.
• Manage difficult queries with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Complete online technical testing and three weeks of in‑person training.

Required profile

• Enjoys problem solving and can work independently.
• Proven experience in a contact‑centre or customer‑facing role.
• Resilient, able to bounce back from challenging interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast‑changing environment.

• Permanent full‑time position with $29.31 per hour (paid fortnightly).
