Customer Care Liaison

About the role
The Customer Care Liaison provides essential administrative support to the Customer Care team of a not‑for‑profit health and social services organisation. You will manage leave applications, pay queries, timesheets and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Process support worker leave applications and maintain related records.
- Handle pay queries and timesheet administration.
- Track documentation, follow up on outstanding items and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with payroll, rostering and other support office teams.
- Manage multiple inboxes and respond to internal and external communications.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and handle high volumes of information.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication with a professional approach to confidentiality.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
