Credit Controller

About the role

Talent Connection NZ is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join its close‑knit team in Mount Wellington. You will play a pivotal part in safeguarding cash flow for the ARA Group’s hardware and security divisions, ensuring that financial performance remains strong.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile trade and commercial ledgers across multiple business units.
• Process and monitor progress claims, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
• Lead debt recovery initiatives, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular cash‑flow and receivables reports for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate credit risk through proactive analysis and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
