Creative Producer – Female‑Oriented Digital Products

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to shape the creative direction of globally‑scaled digital products that connect users online. The role blends creative concepting, data‑driven testing, and AI‑powered content production to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise creative strategies that boost user acquisition and retention.
• Own the end‑to‑end creative testing framework, from hypothesis creation to performance analysis.
• Generate creative concepts based on market trends, competitor research and insights from e‑commerce, gaming and dating sectors.
• Create detailed briefs and coordinate with designers and AI‑driven production workflows.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to launch tests and evaluate results across metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and cohort retention.
• Maintain a knowledge base of successful themes, messaging angles and performance drivers, and provide regular reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or similar high‑volume creative environments.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience handling large datasets, dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered video and image generation tools.
• Excellent creative briefing skills, able to define clear hypotheses, references and production guidelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving international setting and collaborate across design, growth and AI teams.
