About the role
Join Farmers in Taupo Central as the Counter Manager for the Elizabeth Arden beauty counter. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Elizabeth Arden counter.
- Showcase expertise in makeup, skincare, and fragrance to advise customers.
- Build strong relationships with shoppers to increase sales and loyalty.
- Promote staff discount programmes across Farmers, Pascoes, Whitcoulls and the wider JPG Group.
Required profile
- Passion for beauty products and a solid understanding of makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and meet sales targets.
