Corporate Director (Non‑Executive Board Position)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a non‑executive Corporate Director on the board of one or more New Zealand limited liability companies. The appointment is governed by a formal Director Agreement that outlines authority, obligations, and indemnification.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a named director on the New Zealand Companies Register for assigned entities.
• Execute resolutions, statutory documents, and filings as directed by the firm’s legal team.
• Maintain conduct standards in line with the Companies Act 1993 and relevant regulations.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with the firm’s internal team.

Required profile

• Resident of New Zealand and legally eligible to serve as a director under the Companies Act 1993.
• Professional background in law, finance, corporate administration, or a related field.
• Comfortable working within a defined, non‑executive governance framework.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and responsive to correspondence within agreed timeframes.
